I enjoy many things in life: love, friendship, learning, culture, food and music. But my true passion is the relationship between health, diet and living a balanced and soulful existence. Yoga teaches us to unite the mind and body as one and I believe this philosophy should be applied throughout life. Diet and exercise play an important role in developing a strong and healthy mind. By day I work in an office, number crunching and writing about technology, but I hope one day to be able to use my passion for nutrition to help educate the world. In this blog I want to explore different ideas around food and fitness and write about people and places that inspire me.
