Welcome to 2011

It’s a new year full of adventures and challenges and I’m excited about life.

Instead of setting resolutions this year, I set myself some goals and this is the very beginning of one of them: to write a food and healthy living blog. I love reading and talking about nutrition and I hope to create something here for others to enjoy. My other goal for the year is to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon in May; so I’m also going to document my novice runner disasters and successes. Be patient, I’m new at this! And welcome to 2011 and my very first blog.
